There has definitely been a swing towards cooler weather, however, we are still holding onto summer for as long as we possibly can, and dresses are just perfect for that in between weather; the not too warm, but not too cold type. The two I’m wearing below are fabulous with their longer sleeves, which you can easily layer over with jackets or shawls.

'What I am Wearing' Winter 2019 Edition - Dress the Part from Off The Rails Fashionista

This beautiful printed shirt dress is from Madison Boutique in Constantia Courtyard and comes in two different colourways. It’s incredibly flattering; I completely fell in love with it for this reason.

All of the high street fashionistas are mixing up their prints so I used this as my inspiration and did the same by combining this printed dress with the gorgeous animal print brogues from House of Cinnamon, which beautifully complement each other.

I then teamed it with a lovely classic shape tan leather bag from Mat and May who have stores nationwide. The tan colour works so well with the neutral colours in the rest of the outfit. To finish the look off I paired it with these oversized earrings from Poetry, which add a touch of elegance.

I also adore this stunning cream dress from Urban Huntress. Again, I’m wearing the elegant earrings from Poetry to give the look that chic feeling.

The dress can easily be styled up like I have done here with a simple, but classic pair of pewter slingback leather shoes, which are from Poetry, or simply worn with sneakers to give it a street style edge.

A special thanks to Zampelli Hair Studio for making my hair look fabulous and Ezzie Hair & Make Up Studio for making my make-up look flawless.
