I know I have said this before ladies, but winter doesn’t have to mean dressing in dull and boring colours. I’m making a conscious effort this season to dress in vibrant shades!

'What I am Wearing' Winter 2019 Edition - Accent Colour from Off The Rails Fashionista

Every season has a trending accent colour; this winter it’s ochre. I am just mad about the combination of colours that I have combined here with the ochre knitted jacket from Poetry and the plush velour leggings from Spanx at Inner Secrets. These leggings are perfect for keeping you warm and snug during the cold winter months and do a fabulous job of keeping all of the “bits” tucked in place! The animal print loafers from House of Cinnamon adds a bold touch to an already fabulously vibrant outfit.

I have teamed this look with a basic cream top from Poetry to break the two bold colours, and a stunning printed double sided silk scarf from Lilli to tie the look together. Lastly, I’ve paired a gorgeous ochre bag from Poetry in a slightly different shade to the jacket with the outfit so that it still pops against the other striking colours.

Here, I’m wearing another gorgeous pair of leggings, from Iconic, which is fabulous for bringing some print and excitement to an outfit. I’ve teamed them with a lovely teal jersey from Habits, which has beautiful bow details on the back and is perfect for that in between weather and a casual look. The leather loafers are from House of Cinnamon and are a perfect match for the existing colours in the outfit.

To add a ‘fresh’ feeling to the look I’ve accessorised with a versatile 100% cashmere scarf from Lilli that can also be worn buttoned up as a poncho, and a pair of stunning oversized earrings from Poetry.

A special thanks to Zampelli Hair Studio for making my hair look fabulous and Ezzie Hair & Make Up Studio for making my make-up look flawless.
