Tune in to my interactive four-week Instagram Stories Live series: LIVE WELL.
This year has not started quite as planned, and I am sure the same for many of you lovely ladies. It has become a new year’s resolution of mine (as cliché it may be) to have a more holistic, healthy approach to this year after a personally tough 2020. Maybe you’re feeling like you’re in the same boat… so I wanted to set up an opportunity to share ways in which we women can feel a little lighter and stronger this year.
I will be chatting to a special guest each week focusing on topics such as healthy thinking, healthy eating, looking after ourselves and even detoxing your wardrobe to help live well with a positive mindset.
When: Every Wednesday (for 4 weeks) at 6pm

The wrap dress was made famous by fashion designer Diane Von Furstenberg many decades back, it has certainly stood the test of time as it is still as popular as ever today! I would imagine part of the reason they are still so popular is the fact that the wrap style is so flattering and suits so many various body shapes.
